    I stay healthy by eating healthy, lots of fruits and veggies and yogurt smoothies and washing my hands often.

    We are starting a sugar detox program for February. My husband and I are both sugar addicts, as are most people, at least in this country. Hoping to reset our sense of taste to help us crave much less sugar the rest of the year!

    Cutting out all processed foods and being careful with how much cheese I eat haha. Walking 30 minutes everyday and getting enough sleep each night has really been working 🙂 I would love to win. I want to use the fitbit when I go to teach yoga or when I take my zumba classes!

    I have quite a few tips I’ve learned over the past several years but one of the big ones is find an exercise-related activity you enjoy doing and stick with that. If you enjoy doing it it’s not going to be a daily or weekly chore 🙂
